VOLUNTEERING

We are in need of volunteers! If you would like to volunteer for the race, please contact Jenna Walker at jenna.walker@spartanburgparks.org or at 864.595.5356.

 

Volunteers are needed for:

 

             2 DAYS BEFORE RACE (4/30):

             - Course Marking 2-5PM

 

             DAY OF RACE (5/2):

             - Parking/Traffic Management

             - Course Marshal/Spectator Management

             - Kids’ Race Organization

             - Tear down and Clean up

 

             Our goal is to have 2 shifts of volunteers on race day. When you are              done with your shift, you are free to race, ride, or play!

             1) 7:30-11:30AM—Need 1 volunteer!

             2) 11:30AM-3:30PM—Need 0 volunteers!

 

All volunteers who register will receive a FREE LUNCH and FREE RACE T-SHIRT!

You must register with Jenna ahead of time in order to get the free goods.
